Psoriasis Vulgaris and Vitiligo

Basically there are two types of psoriasis: chronically – statically ( often ) and eruptive – exanthema (rarely)
By shape, size, form, expansion, morphological appearance psoriasis can be:
- Psoriasis punctuate - the marks are small as a grain  of wheat
- Psoriasis guttata - the marks are as big drops of water
- Psoriasis nummularis – where the marks are big as coins
- Psoriasis inplacibus – where the marks and lesions in shape of plates with broad occupation of the skin
- Annular and circinar psoriasis – where we have lesions or places of various kind
- Psoriasis geographic – where lesions are like geographic cart
- Psoriasis eritrodermithis - is one of the wort difficult psoriasis
- Psoriasis inverse - located on intertriginal parts and flexor sides of the extremities and genitals whit red smooth and shiny surfaces frequently wet macerated with fissures and crusts
- Psoriasis inveterate – old type of psoriasis whit strictly formes changes on the elbow and knees
- psoriasis palmoplantaris – psoriasis of the palm and feet similar to egzema
- psoriasis capiliti – atacts the scalp of the head with fat layers of losps; in this case the hair never falls of.
- psoriasis unguiun – psoriasis of the nails
- psoriasis pustiloza – a rearer form with visable and steril pustules ; acompanions of some often psoriasis
- psoriasis pustuloza generalisata - appears on the psoriases embers caused by the arsenic corticosteroids etc. along high temperature itening changes of the nails and elbos as well as palms.
- psoriasis arthropahica – is a frequent form of psoriasis manifested in shape of bumps, aches in ankles, changes of nails. Whit deformities arthritis simile rheumatic arthritis whit high temperature and painful.
- psoriasis psoriasis erythrodermica – is secondary eritrodermia, dry and exfolijative, usually a consequence of harder diseases of internal organs.

There are other diseases that are similar to psoriasis whose determination and diagnosis is rather complicated. From all above that is from the aspect of view from modern medicine psoriasis is an incurable disease.

Vitiligo
Vitiligo is most frequent and most known acquired leukodermia and is counting that from 1 to 2 % from all human kind have this Vitiligo as acquired disease , because of hiperpigmentation of the edges of the layers of Vitiligo is counting in the group of LEUKOMELANODERMIES , VITILIGO is destroyed melanocit in the epidermis becouse is losing pigmentation and on that places – locations the skin is almost white and in most cases edged  and it’s differs from the normal skin. Vitiligo is counting in the autoimmune disorder – disease where own immunological system is destroying self and falling down the self defense of the organism when is the most important. The Vitiligo not very often can be combined with alopecia , area, diabetes mellitus , disease of the thiroid gland , pernicious anemia, atrofical gastritis and etc. Very often Vitiligoto is connected with disorders of thyroid gland , hormonal disorders and hard diseases of the stomach and stomach system (ulcers, colitis, tumors) in most of the cases stress situations physical and psyhical stress,
Very often Vitiligo is appearing on the outside side of hands, forearm, face and neck , eyelid and on the hidden area of the body (genitals , breast and other places) . In the folklore medicine Vitiligo can be found in these three forms as classifications
1.    Irregular points (Dots Vitiligo )
2.    Regular circle dots with different dimensions (Coin Vitiligo)
3.    Whole body with different forms and dimensions (Whole Vitiligo)

Very often is appearing on defined places for example in the hair with parts of white hair, it\s known as POLIOSIS CIRCUMSCRIPTA. Appearing of Vitiligo is starting in earlier years. In 25 % cases is familiar and hereditary , and very often can bringing all live long and do not make any consequences to the other health system of the organism . It straitening in time of menopause and after 50 years old.
ALBINISM NAEVUS ANAEMICUS and NAEVUS DEPIGMENTOSUS is unable type for solving - Vitiligo and is appearing after born. Healing of this form is very hard and is unsolving.
